More on Naan Stop:
Some of you may remember me as Chef Billie from last season. We are looking at how to move forward in the most safe and sustainable way possible- We have agreed on an entirely new model. A to-go menu - Naan Stop.
Enjoy the same local, farm fresh, organic and homemade food you have had in the past- with a set menu that will be offered for take-out only. There will be breakfast, lunch and dinner offerings as well as snacks, drinks and desserts! Homemade Naan has become a favorite of mine- Most menu items are served as a sandwich on this delicious homemade organic flatbread! Featuring Naan individual pizzas, Naan Chips and Hummus and Dessert Naan Specials.
(Gluten Free option for sandwiches is a homemade organic corn tortilla!)
* A word about our sourcing of ingredients… We use all organic flours, grains and beans. Our baked goods, naan and tortillas are all made from scratch in-house. We use local, organic, farm fresh produce and meats whenever possible and source humanely raised, non-gmo products when necessary. Our dairy items are from Cabot and Grafton Cheese. Our coffee, teas and chocolates are Organic and Fair Trade from Equal Exchange.
Please ask if you have any questions about the products!

We hope this new model will be a win - win for us all!
I am excited to get back to work and try out this new to-go concept. Growing, Cooking, Eating & Sharing Good food brings me great joy!
D Acres Permaculture and Education Center will receive 10 % of profits, and I will be purchasing as much food as possible directly from the farm.
Most importantly we hope all of the campers, bikers and locals appreciate having quality food available close by!
* There is still no access inside the main building. Please respect social distancing guidelines, wear a mask, and please stay home if you are not feeling well or have been in contact with someone who has covid. Wishing everyone a fun & healthy summer!
